Coffee is a huge industry, offering many and varied career opportunities. The barista position is usually the gateway entry and the one that the business owner and coffee drinking customer often rely on the most.
Ristretto barista training helps baristas, the business they work for and customers receiving their service. Class types include; Pro Barista 101/ 201, Milk Texturing and Latte Art, Coffee Service and Business Skills. Generally classes cover background/ theory, share best practice skills and techniques and then provide ample time for hands on "live" practice application or testing/ coaching of the material. Students receive a Certificate which details the course content on the reverse.
In small head count groups usually from 2-4 learners and follow plans based around adult learning principles, industry guidelines and the extensive professional practice of the instructors.
We run classes regularly (usually at least fortnightly) and also by appointment either at our own locations or at customers premises, as required.
